Exercise Oncology: High-Intensity Interval Training for Cancer Survivors

The paper conducts a literature review on the efficacy of high-intensity interval training exercises on cancer patients. It finds that manipulating the duration and intensity of exercise sessions can be a time-effective strategy in improving the clinical outcomes of cancer patients. We have integrated the results in the exercise component of our cancer rehabilitation programme by referencing the paper’s recommended exercises, and their duration and intensity.
