How Does it Work

“We’re used to thinking of a healthy lifestyle as being important to our physical health, but it’s just as important for our mental health”

Christelle Langley, University of Cambridge

To deliver optimal results, we have designed our programme to offer a seamless synergy between traditional therapy and counselling, and lifestyle and behavioural change.

To do this, each week of the programme includes

1.

Talking Therapy
We’ll match you with the right therapist and therapy style for you.

The right combination creates a safe space to confront complex thoughts and emotions and learn effective coping strategies.

2.

Action Plan
Your Health Coach will assign a range of interactive sessions. Including movement, ‘green therapy’ meditation, mindfulness classes, educational sessions, webinars, and group events.

3.

Interactive Sessions
A wide range of physical and psychological therapies delivered in both group and 1:1 sessions.

4.

Personalised Advice
Our integrated healthcare team will review your weekly progress and tailor your activities to best guide you towards better mental health.

Talking and Behavioural Therapies

Talking and behavioural therapies allow us to address past traumas, and learn new ways to approach difficult situations, feelings, and emotions.

Whether you have a diagnosed mental health condition or have noticed that your mood is unusually low for a while, our expert mental health team will assess your personal needs and ensure you receive the proper treatment.

7 Lifestyle Factors for Managing Mental Health

Recent research by the University of Cambridge has shown that our day-to-day lifestyle decisions are just as important to our mental health as they are our physical health.

The research identified 7 key lifestyle factors.

Healthy Sleep.

Regular Exercise.

Healthy Balanced Diet.

Social Connection.

Not Smoking.

Moderate Alcohol Consumption.

Reduced Sedentary behaviour.

Guided by your Personal Health Coach, this programme will assist you in successfully implementing these factors into your lifestyle

Combining these changes, with traditional talking and behavioural therapy will allow you to take full control of your mental health.

We’re here to help you on this journey… Every step of the way.
