Objectives of the Programme:
- To increase knowledge and understanding of pain
- To improve your physical functioning help you engage in activities that are important to you
- To help you learn new skills to respond to pain and develop an effective personalised flare up plan
- To help you become more independent
Throughout the next 12 weeks, you will receive weekly one-to-one coaching with your dedicated physiotherapist/health coach, who will be your main point of contact throughout the programme. Below is an overview of what is covered each week:
