Thank you for enrolling and trusting us with this part of your journey. Our programme is intended to support you in developing skills to help manage your pain and improve your quality of life with pain.

Objectives of the Programme:

  • To increase knowledge and understanding of pain
  • To improve your physical functioning help you engage in activities that are important to you
  • To help you learn new skills to respond to pain and develop an effective personalised flare up plan
  • To help you become more independent


Throughout the next 12 weeks, you will receive weekly one-to-one coaching with your dedicated physiotherapist/health coach, who will be your main point of contact throughout the programme. Below is an overview of what is covered each week:
