Reduced Anxiety Following Mindfulness and Adaptive Working Memory Training in Women with Breast Cancer

The paper finds that mindfulness and adaptive working memory training is beneficial to women with breast cancer. These benefits last even 6 months after the intervention was done. We have incorporated the findings into our cancer rehabilitation programme by introducing mindfulness-based meditations.
